In 1925 Van Eeuwijk BV, located in Velddriel, was founded Lambert van Eeuwijk. He originally started transporting fruit and vegetables from his farm to the city.
His sons later on continued the tradition of cultivating and transporting fruit and vegetables. However, after World War II Hendrik van Eeuwijk began exclusively focussing on the transportation of sand and grit.
In 1976, Martin van Eeuwijk took over his father’s company, continuing the traditions of his family and even expanding their services by offering soil and machine transfers. The current framework of the company as it exists today is primarily based on Martin’s efforts.
Today, Van Eeuwijk BV continues to offer high quality services and has even expanded services to include exceptional transportations, both within and outside of Holland. Additionally, we are happy to announce that a fourth generation of the van Eeuwijk family has joined the company in 2008, ensuring the traditions and quality services that began with Lambert van Eeuwijk will continue well into the future.
